TELEMEDICINE ATTRIBUTION & CONVERSION TRACKING

KNOW WHAT
DRIVES THE RETURN.

When the ad platform, CRM, and revenue report disagree, more dashboards are not enough. I help define what each number means and build a measurement path your team can use to make spending decisions.

THE BUSINESS PROBLEM

One customer journey. Several versions of the truth.

A platform may report conversions within its attribution window while a CRM counts newly created contacts and finance counts collected revenue. Those numbers can all be correct and still answer different questions. A useful system makes those differences visible.

Justin Ingram brings telemedicine funnel, advertising, and campaign experience since 2020, backed by a decade in medical marketing.

WHAT THE
WORK INVOLVES.

01

Define the business events

Agree on the stages that matter: inquiry, qualified inquiry, booking, attendance, purchase, and retained customer where relevant. Record the trigger, source system, owner, and deduplication rule for each.

02

Design permitted collection

Create UTM conventions and a first-party reporting plan. Review consent and platform restrictions before configuring tags or custom conversions. Keep patient details, diagnoses, and sensitive intake content out of advertising payloads.

03

Validate the handoffs

Test campaign links, event triggers, redirects, CRM fields, duplicate handling, and reporting logic. Distinguish a click on a contact link from a submitted inquiry and a booked appointment.

04

Reconcile the decision view

Compare source definitions, reporting windows, spend, and revenue treatment. Explain gaps rather than forcing every system to match. Use the resulting view to identify where more investment is justified.

A CLEAR HANDOFF

WHAT YOU
LEAVE WITH.

  • Measurement plan and event dictionary
  • UTM and campaign naming conventions
  • CRM attribution and reporting requirements
  • Permitted conversion specification
  • Tracking QA and reconciliation checklist

How we evaluate the work

The first outcome is a trustworthy measurement system: known event definitions, tested collection, documented limitations, and clear ownership. Business reporting can then evaluate acquisition cost and return using an agreed revenue basis, rather than treating platform ROAS as profit.

Scope and boundaries

End-to-end reporting does not mean sending every event to every platform. Some outcomes should remain in controlled first-party reporting. Server-side collection does not remove consent, platform, or health-data restrictions.

RELATED HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE / MODFX MEDIA

World Medical Group

Two-event weeks averaged more leads per seminar at a lower reported lead cost than three-event weeks.

Related healthcare work illustrates part of the approach. It is not a claim of the same scope, a telemedicine-specific result, or a forecast for your business. See the case for its reporting period and measurement.

BEFORE WE START

USEFUL
ANSWERS.

Can you set up custom conversions?+

Yes, where the event and implementation are permitted. We review the event meaning, payload, consent, and platform requirements before enabling collection.

Can attribution prove that every sale came from an ad?+

No. Attribution assigns credit under a model; it is not the same as measuring incremental impact. Reports should disclose their windows, coverage, and limitations.
