Give every concept a clear audience, a supportable message, and a useful next action. I connect creative strategy to the offer, landing page, and acquisition economics so testing leads to better decisions.

More assets do not automatically create a better test.
A production queue can generate dozens of ads while leaving the central question unanswered: what did we learn about the message or the audience? I start with a defined creative hypothesis and the business outcome that would justify another iteration. The creative plan includes the destination and follow-up, because the ad is only the beginning of the experience.
A decade of medical marketing experience, with telemedicine funnels, ads, and campaigns since 2020, informs how I approach the work.
FROM STRATEGY TO EXECUTION.
01
Find the message worth testing
Review the offer, customer questions, existing creative, and funnel performance. Turn observations into specific hypotheses: a clearer explanation, a different objection, a new format, or a better connection between the ad and the destination.
02
Write a usable production brief
Specify the concept, opening, evidence, call to action, format, and review requirements. Coordinate video, UGC-style content, static assets, and AI-assisted production where appropriate. Creative claims and spokesperson representations must match the actual business and permissions.
03
Design a readable experiment
Organize variants so the team knows what changed and why. Define the evaluation window, budget constraints, and primary outcome before launch. Review delivery and conversion context rather than declaring a winner from a small, isolated result.
04
Turn reporting into the next brief
Compare response quality, downstream conversion, and acquisition economics where measured. Record what the test supports, what remains uncertain, and the next iteration. Keep the learning connected to the offer and the landing page.

Who this is for
For telehealth founders and marketing teams that need senior direction across creative production and performance. I can work with your existing creators, designers, editors, and media team.
Leadership close to execution
We agree on priorities, decision owners, and a review cadence. The scope can be a focused workstream or part of ongoing fractional CMO leadership.
EXPERIENCE YOU CAN EXAMINE
The work, with context.
The Meta evidence collection shows reported conversion-event costs across selected campaigns and tests. It provides reporting examples; it does not isolate a particular creative change as the cause of a result.
Yes. These can be part of a format mix alongside other video and static assets. The choice follows the audience, offer, production needs, and review requirements.
What makes a creative test useful?+
A clear hypothesis, a documented change, a suitable measurement window, and a business-relevant outcome. The result should inform the next decision.
Can you coordinate production and media buying?+
Yes. Connecting the brief, approval process, campaign setup, landing page, and performance review is part of the role.
